This tier is designed to help you move from understanding into application through structured practices, challenges, systems, and reflection tools.

Your access includes everything in The Field, plus:

• Guided challenges
• Habit trackers and daily systems
• Checklists and protocols
• Practice logs and journaling systems
• Somatic and nervous system exercises

After enrollment:

You will receive your access details by email and can begin working through the Practice layer inside Field School.
